Jacob Zuma Resigns

acob Zuma has resigned from his position as President of the Republic of South Africa.

He has not yet confirmed this verbally, nor has he released the letter of resignation. Still, it is accepted that he has resigned. We may or may not have resigned for him: it doesn’t matter who resigned him, only that he has resigned. Those of us who know and accept that he has resigned will simply spread the word that he’s resigned until it is known from one end of South Africa to the other that he has resigned, and that anybody who says otherwise – including Zuma himself – is woefully mistaken on the matter.

This is not a petition: it’s the declaration of an accomplished fact. This accomplished fact may take a few weeks or months for Zuma to admit. But he has certainly resigned. It is something that doesn’t need courts, processes, tribunals, committees, parliaments and advisers to acknowledge. They’re absolutely wonderful but Jacob Zuma’s resignation doesn’t depend on their acknowledgement. It doesn’t even depend on his. It depends on ours. He’s resigned because weacknowledge that he’s resigned. In short, “He’s Resigned” – #HesResigned, #ZumasResigned

Spread that. Yell it from the rooftops. Tell it on the mountain. Share it on twitter. Tell your friends and family. One by one, your friends, families, colleagues and neighbors will also see it. How could they have doubted it for an instant? Zuma has resigned, no matter what even Zuma says on the matter. He doesn’t call the shots. WE do. He doesn’t confirm the facts. WE do. We confirm that he has resigned. No President can lead people who resolutely believe and accept that he’s resigned. If he speaks, we’ll chant, “You’ve resigned!” and accept nothing beside.

He’s resigned. It’s a fact whether he acknowledges it or not. Presidency can be so stressful – so many decisions to make, problems to solve and people to please. Among these many stressors, Jacob Zuma may have forgotten that he’s resigned. This is understandable and we’ll pardon these effects of this strain, and relieve him of his duties. Because he’s resigned.

The Office of the Presidency may deny that this has happened. It doesn’t matter, for we will simply chant, “He’s resigned!” in spite of their denial. In its confusion, the media will release reports that say he hasn’t resigned. In response, we will simply click the reply button and say #HesResigned in the comments section. We will write letters to editors, gently correcting them, saying #ZumasResigned. On forums, in message boards, on every conceivable platform, we will say, #ZumasResigned.

Oh, I can already hear the protests. “But – but – this is treason, it’s silly, it’s sedition, it’s untrue, it can’t be, it’s a rumour…!” So? He’s resigned, and the brief consequences of highlighting this fact cannot postpone the inevitable. And it’s inevitable because it’s happened already. And it’s happened already because WE say it’s happened already.

We will say #HesResigned on our Facebook statuses and on our bumper stickers. We will wear t-shirts that say #HesResigned. We will raise funds, buy advertising space and put up billboards and adverts saying, #ZumasResigned. That alone will cause colossal damage to the image of the government until the embarrassment is overwhelming. Then they’ll have to get rid of him. But it doesn’t even have to go that far. If every person who realizes that he has resigned just spreads this news, as news, it will become news. We will tell stories that begin with the words, “Remember when Jacob Zuma was President…” regardless of whether he has given his resignation in or not. We will consign him to the archives of history whether he is ready to be consigned or not. Why? Because he’s resigned. #HesResigned #ZumasResigned

There is no need for him to deny or affirm this fact. There is no need for the media or society to investigate the news: we are now deciding and creating the news just as President Zuma has decided and created the truth about Nkandla (and other issues) all along. How can it be a mere rumour that he’s resigned if so many people are saying the same thing?

Spread the news. Jacob Zuma has resigned.

The Story of Renaldo Kell

Let's begin
Well were do I start?

I started doing film in 2005 where I had this small little digital camera, messing around with it where me and my friends use to get together and film these small clips of us acting.
Later on it became serious and I bought my first proper camera which use to record on these tape cassettes.

We then work on our first series called Ronald and Vishnuu and did two episodes. 2 years later someone inboxed me and wanted more of that series so I bought my first hd camcorder and I did 3 more episodes.

In 2010 I did my first short film Steel which was released on dvd and later was picked up by an american producer, Joel Stephens, who put it on his show Sprockets and Splices along with my fan film Street Fighter Vengenace.

I then helped with sound and Lighting in a cinematic film called Broken Promises 3 with Director Kumaran Naidu.

The sad part of my life was when I was doing my first full feature film Legacy of Steel and it was stolen by some guys who broke into our home.

So now I'm working on a series called Rebirth.

So ye, that is how I got introduced to film. 90% of it was stuff I learnt on my own like editing, directing and writing scripts.

Thank you for reading

Amplats to sell strike-hit South Africa mines

By Ed Stoddard
JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - World number-one platinum producer Anglo American Platinum is to sell a swathe of its most labour-intensive South African mines after a five-month strike shattered its hopes of ever making them profitable.
The mines account for over half of the company's workforce but only a quarter of production and their viability was dealt a blow when miners won pay increases of up to 20 percent. Amplats said it would now focus on its more mechanised mines.
For the miners who faced hardship in their campaign for better pay, a sale could increase the risk of future lay-offs.
The buyers are likely to be companies with an existing focus on deep-level, labour-intensive mines, which may have more appetite than Amplats for the challenge of making them commercially viable.
One of the biggest hurdles will be stiff opposition to any job cuts from union leaders and politicians. Sensing potential conflict ahead, South Africa's National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) condemned the plan to sell the mines.
"Any sale is going to result in job losses and this is a punishment for poor workers," its general secretary, Frans Baleni, told Reuters on Monday.
Amplats said it would sell its Union mine, its operations at Rustenburg and South African joint venture Pandora, calling them "good long-life assets". Amplats' Rustenburg operations employ around 20,000 people while Union has about 7,000, representing over half of the company's head count.

Some analysts have said the five Rustenburg mines and the Union mine could be worth between $1 billion and $2 billion, but others were far more pessimistic.

Excluding the joint ventures Pandora and Bokoni, "we value the combination at a negative $800 million, hence simply giving the assets away would be deemed a result", said Nomura analysts in a note.
Amplats Chief Executive Chris Griffith said a number of potential suitors had expressed an interest.
"This is not a fire sale," he said, holding out the possibility that the mines could be listed if they don't find a buyer.
He said the company had not been forced to sell because of the strike, insisting it had been repositioning in favour of less labour-intensive activities for some time.
But the stoppage has clearly forced its hand due to the heavy losses in production and revenue.
Amplats parent Anglo American had already signaled its intention to reduce its troubled platinum portfolio. The sale suggests Anglo American has little appetite for a long and costly campaign to make the generally older South African platinum mines more efficient.

Anglo American is trying to achieve a return on capital employed (ROCE) of at least 15 percent by 2016. In 2013 the figure was 11 percent, with Amplats at only 2.7 percent.
The platinum mining industry has been struggling in the face of depressed prices for the precious metal, used for emissions-capping catalytic converters in automobiles.
A buyer would inherit a three-year wage agreement with the hard-line AMCU union.
But it would also secure annual platinum production of around 600,000 ounces, or a quarter of Amplats' capacity.
The apparent front-runner is Sibanye Gold, whose Chief Executive Neal Froneman told Reuters this month he wanted a platinum deal before the end of the year and could easily raise $1 billion to seal one. [ID:nL6N0PF3GV]
Sibanye was itself spun off from Gold Fields as a vehicle to manage its labour-intensive South African operations so that Gold Fields could focus on mechanised mining.
Sibanye also has Chinese investors, bringing it a cheap potential source of funding.
Another Chinese-backed company, Wesizwe Platinum, has also said it was looking at buying further assets in the sector. [ID:nL6N0O62TS]
Unveiling interim results, Amplats said it lost over 420,000 ounces to the strike, which also affected rivals Impala Platinum and Lonmin.
Amplats said first-half headline earnings had dropped to 60 cents per share, a fall of almost 90 percent which it had flagged in advance.
Griffith said the company was shifting to more mechanised operations and would "maintain growth plans" for the South African mines it kept, which would enable it to produce around 2.9 million ounces of platinum annually in 10 years' time.
"But we won't grow for the sake of growing. It will be market driven," he said.

The Path to Your Goal

You know you go through life always saying that's not for me and it's not what I do anymore.

That is a whole lot of bull

Sometimes you wonder why isn't anything happening for me. It's because you refused to follow the path that would led you to your goal.

And doesn't it get exhausting when you try to fight against your path to your purpose. Soemtimes in order to achieve your goal you must humble yourself and help others to achieve there's.

Cause there goal might be the path to yours.

People and There sickness

I read a friends status where they were going through a anxiety problem and decided to write this. Cause people think that suffer from bad things until they hear someone else's story

People don't think sometimes. I had anxiety attack one stage of my life and after that it kept coming back. But I can't tired of it reunion my life so I took a stand against it and continued with my life. No longer have I anxiety in my life.

I use to tell myself I do not have anxiety and it is not mines. I never said I suffered from it neither did I use it as an excuse to stop living.

No one is going threw something greater then the next. If you want to know what suffering is go get knocked by a taxi and you tell me cause I've been through that.

Wake up people. Sickness is not ours to keep and neither is ours to claim. Sickness in the name Of Jesus Christ go back to your father in hell.
